Empowering Humanity, Upholding Rights

The Hurt Foundation is an independent, non-partisan, and non-governmental organization dedicated to the practical realization of human rights. Founded in 1992 by a group of committed advocates from Bombay High Court, we aim to address human rights violations in our country and worldwide.

Driven by a passion to fight for human dignity and create awareness among public officials, professionals, and the general public, our foundation was established a year before the enactment of the Protection of Human Rights Act in 1993.

Through awareness courses, workshops, training programs, field-action initiatives, and advocacy efforts, we strive to create a just social, economic, and political order. Our goal is to promote adherence to the Constitution of India, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and other human rights instruments, fostering a human-rights friendly society.

Our team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds, including legal professionals, activists, educators, and volunteers. With the collective efforts of our dedicated volunteers and students, our organization continues to grow.

Join us on our transformative journey towards a society that respects, protects, and fulfills human rights. Together, we can make a difference by raising awareness, advocating for constitutional principles, and working towards a just and equitable society.
